All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or if a product is no longer available.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada (and internationally where applicable). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

Vandecore is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Custom or final-sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
